Monsignor Scanlan High School’s (Bronx, NY) team Queen Crusaders took the NHSPA National Step Championships at the historical Apollo Theater by storm as they earned 1st place and All-American honors alongside being crowned Battle of the Boroughs Champion. Thanks to their efforts the team took home $1,500 in prize money.

The Queen Crusaders Step Team is a sisterhood and teaches steppers how to feel like a Queen and accept who they are. In 2022, they placed first in the World of Step Regional competition and Molloy College Talent Competition.
